In the past four years, I worked at a South Korean IoT company where I helped businesses undergo digital transformations to increase work efficiency and productivity. As the third design hire of the company, I contributed to developing multiple core products from early conception to final implementation as well as leading a team of 3 designers on various projects to build products that meet business goals and user needs.

Most of my previous works are focused on B2B SaaS products, design systems, data visualization and connected device experience. Apart from those in-house works, I also had an opportunity to design delightful solutions for clients in a wide range of industries, such as public sector, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, education, inventory management, retail, shipbuilding, transport, and information technology.

Defined business goals, product objectives, and user requirements with key stakeholders.

Created information architecture, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

Conducted usability testing and design QA to improve overall user experience and quality of products.

Presented product ideas and concepts to the design team, design director, and leadership members.
