Hi! My name is Kailey. I’m a Product Designer based in New York City.

I’m currently designing at Surgical Safety Technologies, where I help build products that improve patient safety, enhance clinical performance, and support smarter healthcare through AI and data.

Before that, I spent several years designing enterprise-grade and consumer-facing products in the B2B SaaS and IoT space. As one of the early design hires at Orbro, I helped bring multiple products from idea to launch, built design systems, led a small design team, and collaborated across industries ranging from healthcare and education to manufacturing and retail.

What drives me is creating thoughtful, intuitive experiences that make complex technology feel simple and ultimately improve the way people work and live.
